“Pacifier B Gone is a truly outstanding solution to a very sensitive problem. I wish I had this product for my own children.”

“The Binky Fairy came Friday morning and she certainly did her job well!  Thank you so so much.  Christian and Mia had a little more trouble than Isabella understanding the whole process, but they are doing well, nukie free!
I would and have recommended the process to anyone in need of getting rid of the pacifier!  Thank you again!”

"Infants have an innate physical need to suck for the first few months of life. Sucking is reflex. However, prolonged or over use of a pacifier can result in thumb sucking, poor oral motor skills, possible dental problems and in some cases delayed speech and language development.
Pacifier B. Gone is a program for parents and children that allows a child to be weaned gradually and systematically."

Hey there! We are paci free!! It did work really well. They were excited each night about reading about the paci fairy and doing the stickers. They felt so special when we would cheer after putting the sticker on the poster. My husband went in the middle of the night and took their paci's and put sunny duck in their bed and they work up the next morning very excited! Lilly carried her sunny duck around everywhere the first day and then after that she left it in her bed each morning. Our boy Asher hasn't even asked about his paci and Lilly does only every once in a while when we put her to bed at night. Then we remind her where it went and give her sunny duck and she is asleep within 15-20 mins. and doesn't ask about her paci again!

They have slept thru the night without them for 3 nights now. I was worried because 2 days into the program they both got sick! So I was nervous about doing it while they were sick and I wanted to just give in, but we didn't.  So thank you so much for letting us be a part of your program, it really did make this process so much easier! I wasn't home tonight to put them to bed but my husband said neither of them even mentioned the paci when he put them then to bed! I will get the pictures to you soon!

Thank you again!

Pacifier B Gone is a wonderful tool for children. Not only does PBG support the child, but it also empowers parents and caregivers. Parents are given friendly, systematic guidelines to follow through out the recommended seven day weaning process. Pacifier B Gone provides children with fun, engaging, experiences that get young children eagerly involved in the process of becoming “paci free.”

“This has been SO much easier than we ever thought.  Tonight the Binky Fairy arrives.  A bit concerned on the final transition...however, hoping for the best that she won't struggle with no paci at bedtime.  She has loved putting each days stickers on "her" poster after bath-time each night.  I have really played up the fact that the "Binky Fairy" is coming to leave her a special friend who will keep her paci safe forever now that she is becoming a Big Girl.  Can't wait to open Sunny Duck and surprise Kara when we leave her new friend tonight!!”

Update on progress!
“We are absolutely thrilled!  No More Paci!  Saturday was Kara's last paci day.  She made the final transition without any problems.  She has only said "paci" twice while we were in the car when I gave her her blankie.  Thank you SO much for this wonderful product.”

As a Speech/Language Pathologist, I work with children, on a daily basis who have difficulty producing sounds in speech. One of the most common speech disorders observed, involves the inability to correctly pronounce one or more sibilant consonant sounds, usually the ‘s’ or ‘z’. This is commonly known as a lisp. One theory of the cause of lisping is the result of tongue thrusting where the tongue flattens and thrusts forward during swallowing and speaking. Tongue thrust can be caused by several factors including overuse of pacifiers.
Pacifiers keep the tongue flat and do not allow the muscles of the tongue to develop normally.  Thumb sucking, bottle feeding, and recurrent upper respiratory illnesses may also cause tongue thrusting.  While some of the conditions cannot be controlled, use of pacifiers can. Prolonged use of pacifiers by young children may interfere with their normal development of the tongue musculature resulting in the need for therapy intervention at a later stage of development. As children get older it becomes more difficult to eliminate the use of pacifiers.
Pacifier B Gone is a program which empowers children and families to discontinue the use of the pacifier in a non threatening manner.
